Conformance target

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a target we build and test against, not a certification. See "How we check this" below.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure, with landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) on every page.
• A skip-to-content link on every page so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
• The complete site is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive control.
• Color and contrast choices meet WCAG 2.2 AA minimums: 4.5:1 for normal text, and 3:1 for large text and non-text UI elements such as control borders and focus indicators.
• Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

How we check this

Every page on this site is scanned with automated accessibility testing (WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 A and AA rules) before it ships, and any critical or serious issue that scan finds is fixed before the site goes live. This is self-assessed automated and manual review during development, not an independent third-party audit. Automated testing catches many issues but not all of them. For example, whether alternative text genuinely describes an image, or whether an interaction makes sense to someone navigating by screen reader. A clean scan is a floor, not a guarantee of a barrier-free experience for every visitor.

Known limitations

• Some pages link to or embed services this business uses but does not operate itself, for example booking, payment, or financing tools. Those third-party services are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee they meet the same standard as this website.
